FUCEIT (Fundación Centro de Estudios e Investigación del Trabajo) is a think tank for applied research and institutional innovation focused on the transformations of work, production and development.
Who we are
FUCEIT generates knowledge, fosters dialogue between social actors and develops proposals to strengthen competitiveness, labour inclusion and sustainable development.
Our work integrates perspectives from the worlds of labour, production, infrastructure, logistics, education, technology and public policy, with a federal vision and international scope.

To generate knowledge, applied research, training and public-policy proposals to strengthen labour, productive development and institutional innovation in Argentina, bringing together workers, businesses, unions, the State, universities and technical actors at the national and international level.

Sergio Aladio
President of FUCEIT and General Secretary of the Santa Fe Truck Drivers' Union
Sergio Aladio is President of the Foundation Centre for Labour Studies and Research (FUCEIT) and General Secretary of the Santa Fe Truck Drivers' Union. With extensive experience in the trade-union field, he has established himself as a key figure in defending workers' rights and in the strategic strengthening of the transport and logistics sector.
At the helm of FUCEIT, he leads an innovative agenda focused on applied research, excellence in training and the design of public policies in key areas such as labour, productive development, infrastructure and logistics. He also actively promotes cooperation between the trade-union movement, academia, the business sector and State bodies, fostering synergies that drive sustainable economic growth and social well-being across the country.
